300,000 SF Data Center Support Campus
TCG erected and insulated three 100,000 SF pre-engineered metal buildings for the staging and storage campus of a new data center north of Dallas, Texas. Building 1 went from start of steel erection to sign-off in 41 days, and the full 300,000 SF finished 30 days ahead of schedule.
Support buildings have to be ready before the main data hall can move, so every day saved here is a day saved on the critical path. Crews ran early morning and night shifts under light towers to beat the Texas heat, with roof panels, wall cladding, and insulation moving at the same time instead of in sequence.

300,000 SF of PEMB in Dallas, Finished 30 Days Early
Three 100,000 SF pre-engineered metal buildings for the staging and storage campus of a new data center north of Dallas. Building 1 went from start of erection to sign-off in 41 days, and the project came in 30 days ahead of schedule.
100,000 SF of Dirt Before the Steel Goes Up
100,000 SF of excavation before a single steel column goes up on a large PEMB in California. Grades, compaction, and anchor bolts have to match the manufacturer's reaction drawings, because the schedule is won or lost in the dirt.

Advantage Eye Care
A full optometry and ophthalmology practice delivered single-source, from shell to patient-ready. TCG handled architectural design, MEP coordination, and construction under one contract.
Scope covered exam lanes built to optometry sight-line and lighting-control requirements, a pre-testing suite, a full optical dispensary with fitting stations, a minor procedure room, and custom millwork throughout. TCG provided construction management for a full-service Fogo de Chão in Phoenix, coordinating the open churrasco grill line, bar, dining room, and commercial kitchen through opening.

Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Facility
TCG supplied and installed 50,000 SF of insulated metal panel with doors and hardware to build out the cultivation rooms, then supplied and installed urethane cement flooring.
